I'm a designer who has lived and worked across two cultures — born and raised in Rome, where I studied sociology and mass media communications, then moved to San Diego at 29 and retrained as a graphic designer. That dual background shapes everything I do: the precision and restraint of Italian design, combined with a deep understanding of how visual communication actually reaches people.
Before forming this studio, I served as Creative Director at agencies and publishing firms, and built a seven-person design firm from the ground up. I've launched brands in the US, Mexico, and Italy — across hospitality, culture, science, and the arts.
I work on a small number of projects at a time. Every client works directly with me.
My connection to Rome runs deeper than my work — it's personal. I created Amo Roma, a typographic project born from my love of the city where I grew up. Seven letters. Endless variations. A reminder that great design often starts with a single idea, stripped down to its essence.
